What keeps you going?
Hello - I'm on study leave just now, researching what keeps youth workers going for the long haul. Is it the wonderful pay, the long holidays, the excellent young people - or something else! It would be great to hear from anyone and when I finish my study leave in 3 weeks time I will pass on my findings.
